Job Description : PODIATRY Medical Secretary/Medical Asst.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Phone reception and scheduling
Data entry of medical billing
Insurance Pre-authorizations, and Navi-Net
Inventory Management and ordering of Medical Supplies and DME
Strong clerical skills
AND AS NEEDED
Support other Office Staff members when needed.
Exam room prep and clean-up
Wound Care dressings
Computer skills a must as is attention to detail, cleanliness and compassion of others.
Prior Podiatry-medical office experience is not required, but a plus.
X-Ray license a huge plus but not required.
The position can be modified from 24 to 40 hrs per week. Alternate half-day Saturday
Available immediately for 1 full-time or 2 part-time applicants

Entry-level Salary is $13.25... or more Based on Experience.
